🎯 Requirements
- 2-4 years in Technical Support, Customer Success Engineering, or a similar role
- Solid Web3 and blockchain fundamentals: wallets, authentication, on-chain apps
- Proven debugging of APIs, SDKs, integrations, and cloud environments
- Hands-on JavaScript with SDK-based integrations; React experience a plus
- Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, Bash) and SQL
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
