📋 Description

  • Investigate and resolve complex issues escalated from Frontline Support (Dynamic APIs/SDKs/integrations)
  • Assist customers with implementing Dynamic features, including SDK usage
  • Provide deep troubleshooting across wallet infra, authentication, blockchain interactions, and cloud systems
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, DevOps, and Site Reliability teams to resolve advanced cases
  • Provide real-time assistance via Slack, Google Meet, and ticketing systems for urgent matters
  • Mentor Frontline Support Engineers to strengthen troubleshooting skills

🎯 Requirements

  • 2-4 years in Technical Support, Customer Success Engineering, or a similar role
  • Solid Web3 and blockchain fundamentals: wallets, authentication, on-chain apps
  • Proven debugging of APIs, SDKs, integrations, and cloud environments
  • Hands-on JavaScript with SDK-based integrations; React experience a plus
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, Bash) and SQL
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
