  • Communicate with end users to explain issues and solutions
  • Provide technical analysis for production incidents and root cause
  • Publish knowledge articles and create SOP documents
  • Identify, debug and troubleshoot break/fix issues to resolution
  • Respond and resolve issues within agreed SLAs
  • Collaborate with Engineering/DevSecOps for IAM/CPAM support

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Strong IAM domain knowledge
  • Hands-on with IAM tools (Saviynt, Sailpoint, OIM/ISIM)
  • REST/SOAP web services experience using Postman
  • Database operations and SQL proficiency
  • Scripting skills (Shell, JavaScript, Python, Groovy)
  • OS knowledge (Linux/Unix/Windows) and SSO integration experience
