Working with top developers to implement Kong API Gateway and ServiceMesh solutions
Lead investigations of complex technical puzzles; live troubleshooting with customers
Create knowledge articles to supplement documentation and help customers
Provide real-time feedback to engineering/product on performance and needs
Collaborate with Education, TAMs, CSMs and PS on customer issues
Drive innovation within the support team, tools and processes
Provide technical mentorship to team members and ad-hoc projects

🎯 Requirements

REST and RESTful APIs
Coding: read and troubleshoot code
Cloud tech, containers, Docker, Kubernetes
Web architectures, HTTP
5+ years in customer-facing technical role
Bonus: DNS, Linux/Unix
GoLang and/or Lua experience
