  • 5+ years experience as a Data Analyst supporting Technical/Support teams.
  • Strong Intercom skills: reporting, inbox analytics, phone metrics, automation/AI.
  • Deep understanding of support KPIs and operational metrics.
  • Experience building dashboards in Looker, Tableau, Power BI, DOMO.
  • Translate data into actionable insights with strong analytical skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in data analytics, CS, statistics, or related field (or equivalent).
