🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Mgmt, or related in B2B SaaS
  • 2+ years leading enterprise deployments with data governance focus
  • 2+ years managing 20+ mid-market or emerging enterprise accounts
  • Experience co-owning renewals and expansion with sales
  • Experience training non-technical teams to become data-sufficient
  • Excellent communication across technical and executive levels
