📋 Description

  • Own deployment, adoption, and outcomes for 10–20 accounts from presales through renewal.
  • Lead deployment planning and kickoff, scoping, use-case alignment, and delivery coordination.
  • Track and manage risks across deployments, driving timely resolution.
  • Monitor portfolio health via AI signals, accelerating adoption and renewals.
  • Drive product adoption with live sessions and identify new use cases to expand value.
  • Develop and maintain success plans tied to customer goals from onboarding through renewal.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in Customer Success or Technical Account Management in B2B SaaS.
  • 2+ years leading enterprise deployments with data governance.
  • 2+ years managing a portfolio of 10+ Majors/Enterprise accounts.
  • Experience co-owning renewals and expansion with sales.
  • Experience training non-technical teams to become data-sufficient; strong communication.
  • Nice to have: digital analytics, analytics consulting, or Amplitude practitioner.
