🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in Customer Success or Technical Account Management in B2B SaaS.
- 2+ years leading enterprise deployments with data governance.
- 2+ years managing a portfolio of 10+ Majors/Enterprise accounts.
- Experience co-owning renewals and expansion with sales.
- Experience training non-technical teams to become data-sufficient; strong communication.
- Nice to have: digital analytics, analytics consulting, or Amplitude practitioner.
