  • Build relationships with customer stakeholders to align objectives

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in a customer-facing role (CS, Solutions Delivery, TAC, or Sales Eng)
  • 5+ years in Cloud Architectures, Web Security, Networking, or Infrastructure
  • Strong communication with written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Strong technical acumen to map customer challenges to Zscaler offerings
  • Ability to analyze customer data to craft adoption/risk plans
  • Background in Cloud & Networking Security tech such as SD-WAN, MPLS, SWG, DLP, VPNs, CASB
