🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in customer-facing roles such as Solutions Delivery, Customer Success, TAM, or Sales Eng
  • 5+ years in Cloud Services Architecture, Web Security, Networking, or Infrastructure
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence decisions
  • Strong technical acumen to map customer challenges to the Zscaler portfolio for outcomes
  • Proven ability to analyze customer data for adoption insights and risk mitigation
  • Deep background in Cloud and Networking Security technologies such as SD-WAN, MPLS, SWG, DLP, VPNs, CASB
