  • Own Tier 3 escalations across hardware, software, APIs, and integrations.
  • Act as main tech guide for Strategic Accounts.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years in technical support or customer-facing SaaS engineering.
  • SQL, APIs, logs, and debugging; REST/cURL basics.
  • Domain ownership: Proven experience owning a technical area end-to-end.
  • Systems thinking: identify patterns, anticipate risk, drive improvements.
  • Exceptional Communication: Translate complex tech for customers and stakeholders.
  • Autonomy & Judgment: Make high-impact decisions independently.
  • Leadership Without Authority: Influence, mentor, elevate others.
