🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience as a technical sourcer or similar role
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (preferred)
- Experience with Greenhouse (ATS)
- Demonstrated ability to source candidates with niche expertise
- Self-directed with high urgency and meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communicator and problem solver
