Senior Technical Sourcer (Contract)

📋 Description

• Own the top-of-funnel for critical technical searches (cloud infra, platform, SRE, data).
• Use Boolean/semantic search, talent mapping, and intel to engage passive candidates.
• Engage passive candidates and build diverse pipelines.
• Advise Hiring Managers with market insights to shape hiring strategy.
• Maintain candidate records in Greenhouse and ensure pipeline hygiene.
• Drive ongoing sourcing workflow improvements and automation.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years technical sourcing in cloud, infra, or software eng.
• Proven track record building passive pipelines in fast-paced environments.
• Expert LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Blind.
• ATS experience; Greenhouse preferred; pipeline mgmt, reporting, optimization.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions with quality and speed.
• Experience pre-screening and assessing cloud infra, DevOps/SRE, or software eng backgrounds.
• Build trusted relationships with Hiring Managers and Talent Partners via data.
