- Perform RCA on production issues using logs and metrics (campaign delivery, budget pacing, ROAS)
- Lead incident response for production ads service disruptions: scope impact, coordinate with Ad Serving, Data Platform, ML teams, drive to resolution within SLA
- Author postmortems and track remediation actions to prevent recurrence
- Build diagnostic playbooks and runbooks for self-resolution more issues over time
- Develop internal tooling and automation scripts for detection and reporting
π― Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience in technical support, solutions engineering, or software engineering
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to analyze large-scale datasets β write and interpret complex queries against large data warehouses
- Hands-on experience with API integrations and distributed systems β REST API debugging, log analysis, and understanding service interactions at scale
- Demonstrated experience handling technical escalations β driving resolution through a structured approach
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly
- Experience in AdTech or retail media domains (DSP, SSP, ad serving, attribution) is a strong plus
