  • Own Tier 2/3 escalations from Frontline Support, triaging complex issues across ad serving, data pipelines, and ML infra.
  • Lead RCA on production issues using logs and metrics.
  • Lead incident response for production ad service disruptions; coordinate teams.
  • Author postmortems and track remediation actions.
  • Build diagnostic playbooks and runbooks for self-resolution.
  • Develop tooling and automation for issue detection, diagnosis, and reporting.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years in technical support, solutions engineering, or software.
  • Strong troubleshooting; analyze large datasets and write complex queries.
  • Hands-on API experience; REST API debugging, log analysis, system interactions.
  • Experience handling technical escalations; methodical problem solving.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • AdTech or retail media experience (DSP/SSP) is a plus; Datadog familiarity.
