- 7+ years of technical recruiting experience in high-growth tech.
- 2+ years of people management leading technical recruiting teams.
- Experience hiring for AI/ML, infrastructure, platform, or security roles.
- Track record developing recruiters with feedback, 1:1s, and coaching.
- Strong analytical instincts; able to translate pipeline data into actions.
- Strategic partner to Engineering or senior technical leadership.
