  • Experience hiring for AI/ML, infrastructure, platform, or security roles.
  • Track record developing recruiters with feedback, 1:1s, and coaching.
  • Strong analytical instincts; able to translate pipeline data into actions.
  • Strategic partner to Engineering or senior technical leadership.
