- 7+ years in technical recruiting at high-growth or VC-backed tech firms
- 2+ years of people management leading technical recruiting teams
- Experience hiring for AI/ML, Infrastructure, Platform, or Security roles
- Track record of developing recruiters β giving direct feedback and 1:1s
- Strong analytical instincts; translate pipeline data into action
- Experience as a strategic partner to Engineering or senior technical leadership
- Ability to operate with autonomy and handle ambiguity in a fast-moving org
