🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years in technical recruiting at high-growth or VC-backed tech firms
  • 2+ years of people management leading technical recruiting teams
  • Experience hiring for AI/ML, Infrastructure, Platform, or Security roles
  • Track record of developing recruiters β€” giving direct feedback and 1:1s
  • Strong analytical instincts; translate pipeline data into action
  • Experience as a strategic partner to Engineering or senior technical leadership
  • Ability to operate with autonomy and handle ambiguity in a fast-moving org
