📋 Description

• Proactively identify, assess, and recruit talent to fill job orders.
• Build candidate pipelines for contract and direct-hire roles.
• Collaborate with the sales team to fulfill open orders and manage candidates.
• Log activities in Bullhorn and maintain a candidate skills matrix.
• Build strong client relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 1-5 years IT staffing and recruitment experience.
• Proven ability to recruit for contract and direct-hire roles.
• Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Bullhorn or similar ATS and with candidate skills matrices.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
