  • Data fluency; use dashboards and insights to guide decisions
  • Experience shaping hiring strategies to improve processes, equity, or candidate experience
  • Autonomous work style; influence senior and exec stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, GSuite, and market tools
