- Data fluency; use dashboards and insights to guide decisions
- Experience shaping hiring strategies to improve processes, equity, or candidate experience
- Autonomous work style; influence senior and exec stakeholders
- Familiarity with Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, GSuite, and market tools
