🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree.
10+ years as a Technical Recruiter.
4+ years recruiting in the semiconductor industry.
Hands-on sourcing techniques.
Experience with Greenhouse ATS.
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and SeekOut.
