🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in tech or SaaS.
• Remote-first, asynchronous setup with time-zone flexibility.
• Proactive sourcer with pipelines for technical and non-technical roles.
• Strong prioritization and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build diverse candidate pipelines and reduce bias.
