🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for engineering or other technical roles
- Ability to own searches end-to-end including sourcing, screening, and closing
- Strong understanding of technical terminology, languages, and stacks
- Experience sourcing and engaging tech talent through multiple channels
- Strong communication and candidate management skills
