📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for AI and engineering roles end-to-end.
• Build proactive sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, AI networks.
• Partner with founders and managers to define profiles and outreach.
• Own the candidate experience with urgency and no gaps.
• Speak credibly about work, stack, and opportunity to candidates.
• Manage offers, negotiate comp, and close candidates.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years full-cycle recruiting in-house (B2B SaaS/tech).
• Proven full lifecycle for hard-to-find engineers.
• Direct AI/ML engineer recruiting experience.
• Sourcing via Hugging Face, LangChain Discord, GitHub groups.
• Curiosity about AI; builds AI agents/workflows to recruit.
• Clear, direct communication; strong ownership in fast teams.
• Experience with Greenhouse, Ashby, or similar ATS.
