Manage interview process end-to-end with strong candidate experience
Lead offer negotiations and manage complex compensation

🎯 Requirements

6–10+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
At least 3 years in a senior or lead IC role
Experience hiring in Engineering, AI/ML, Data, or Security
Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and partner with senior managers
Startup or high-growth experience; comfortable with ambiguity
ATS proficiency (Greenhouse preferred)
