🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years as a technical recruiter
- 2+ years of in-house recruiting experience
- Experience with Greenhouse/ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter; aerospace/startup/agency exp preferred
- Comfortable interfacing with hiring managers and exec leadership
- Ability to multitask, own results, and work independently
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
