📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles
• Partner with managers to define role requirements and interview plans
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to engage top and passive candidates
• Manage candidate pipelines and drive an efficient interview process
• Lead offer discussions and close candidates with a strong candidate experience
• Track recruiting metrics and pipeline health to meet hiring goals

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience managing multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong stakeholder partnership and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to source and engage passive candidates
• Experience using Greenhouse or similar ATS
