🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Senior Technical Recruiter in Talent Acquisition

- Strong technical knowledge: Python, Java, JavaScript, Prometheus, Grafana, Linux, Kubernetes
- Ability to conduct basic technical interviews or collaborate with technical interviewers
- Excellent communication and organizational skills; manage multiple open roles
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on candidate experience and hiring quality
