Senior Technical Recruiter

📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for Engineering, Product, Design, Data.
• Own roles across all levels, from entry-level to Director+.
• Partner with CTO/Engineering leaders to define reqs and interview panels.
• Build advanced sourcing on LinkedIn, GitHub, and tech channels.
• Use data and funnel analytics to drive recruiting decisions and improve pipelines.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience with timely communication.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years recruiting, with 3+ yrs in engineering in high-growth teams.
• Skilled in outbound sourcing to attract passive technical talent.
• Strong knowledge of technical recruiting best practices.
• Experience with Greenhouse, Ashby, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub.
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-volume recruiting with multiple requisitions.
• Based in SF or NY, or able to commute to offices 3x/week.
