📋 Description

• Partner with Eng and Product leaders to align hiring needs and team goals.
• Lead recruiting for all levels of Engineering and Product roles.
• Proactively source and close high-quality technical talent using data-informed approaches.
• Act as a strong candidate advocate, delivering a respectful interview experience.
• Champion equitable and inclusive hiring with diverse sourcing and unbiased interviews.
• Advise on interview design, calibration, leveling, and decision-making.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on technical roles.
• Demonstrated success hiring across Engineering and Product at multiple levels.
• Strong sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, GitHub, and other technical platforms.
• Deep commitment to diverse, equitable, and inclusive hiring.
• Ability to manage multiple searches with high quality and candidate experience.
• Data-driven with recruiting metrics to inform decisions and improve outcomes.
