📋 Description

• Architect automation-first workflows across Jira, JPD, beta systems, and tools.
• Design structured data models and guardrails to stay clean by default.
• Eliminate manual work with event-driven automations and APIs.
• Instrument workflows to generate operational telemetry (cycle time, bottlenecks).
• Build reusable automation patterns that scale beyond one-off fixes.
• Treat tool administration as fallback—system design and automation as default.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Technical Operations, Systems Eng, or related in software/R&D.
• Built AI-native systems and tools; hands-on with Claude Code and Cursor.
• Designs for multi-step AI systems that reason and act within bounds.
• Strong systems thinking; end-to-end workflows across tools and APIs.
• Experience integrating systems via APIs and event-driven automation.
• Designing human-in-the-loop controls and safe autonomy guardrails.
• Cross-functional partner; translate friction into production-grade systems.
• Clear communicator for technical and non-technical audiences.
