- Lead Certinia PSA POC from initiation to executive approval and transition to full implementation.
- Define project scope, success criteria, measurable outcomes, and decision gates for POC validation.
- Drive lifecycle planning for integrations: NetSuite, CRM; reporting design; data migration.
- Establish governance, executive cadence, RAID logs, milestones, and cross-functional alignment.
- Partner with Finance, PS, IT, and Reporting to define processes, configurations, and impacts.
- Develop detailed project plans for environment strategy, cutover, and readiness.
🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years of experience leading complex enterprise SaaS implementations.
- B.S. or B.A. degree from an accredited university.
- Direct experience implementing PSA, ERP, or financial systems (Certinia strongly preferred).
- Demonstrated experience leading projects from POC validation through enterprise rollout.
- Strong understanding of integrations, APIs, data migration, and reporting frameworks.
- Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders including Finance, IT, Services Operations, and Executive leadership.
