📋 Description

• Organize and manage key client projects.
• Ensure high-quality delivery on time and within budget.
• Develop project plans and requirements specifications.
• Estimate budgets and allocate internal resources and vendors.
• Minimize admin overhead; oversee follow-up, planning and time spent.
• Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders; motivate teammates in day-to-day tasks.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with Braze, Adobe Experience Platform or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with managing and implementing projects within CRM or marketing automation.
• Conceptual and technical understanding of data modelling and layered architectures.
• Worked with agile methods of Scrum and/or Kanban.
• Great communication skills translating business language into technical language.
