Senior Technical Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead onboarding and go-live for enterprise deployments.
• Orchestrate Laurel tenant and Boomi Atom deployment.
• Guide customers through MS 365, Email, SSO integrations.
• Run kickoff calls and office hours for end users and finance teams.
• Triage issues in real time; escalate to engineering when needed.
• Maintain project plans and milestones with Asana and Planner.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 5+ years PM experience delivering complex technical implementations in B2B SaaS.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent customer engagements with quality.
• Proficiency with Asana, Planner, or similar PM tools.
• Technical aptitude to work with engineers; Boomi, XPATH, or integration platforms.
• Familiarity with MS 365, SSO protocols (SAML/OAuth), email, calendars.
• Working knowledge of agentic AI tools and process automation.
• Excellent communicator across exec briefs, customer calls, updates, and stand-ups.
