Estimate budgets and allocate internal resources and vendors.
Ensure configurators and developers are free of admin overhead; oversee follow-up and time tracking.
Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, and motivate colleagues in day-to-day tasks.

🎯 Requirements

4+ years experience with Braze, AEP, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Experience managing projects in CRM or marketing automation
Conceptual and technical understanding of data modelling, SOA, and complex solutions
Worked with agile methods: Scrum and Kanban
Excellent communication translating business language to technical terms
