Senior Technical Project Manager

📋 Description

• Direct and manage project development from initiation to closure within budget and schedule
• Define and manage the project scope; communicate with stakeholders
• Plan, schedule timelines and milestones; review team deliverables
• Track budgets, invoicing, and resource usage
• Manage day-to-day project operations and cross-team coordination
• Build relationships with client representatives and mentor the team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent practical experience
• 7+ years IT experience, including 3+ years in a Technical Project Manager or IT Project Manager role
• Strong software development background; participate in technical discussions with engineers
• Experience in workload planning, capacity management, budgeting, prioritization
• Strong roadmapping: build, maintain, and communicate roadmaps
• Hands-on production release support: deployments, release windows, cross-team alignment
