- Experience using various PM and/or agile tools.
- Strong communication across all levels from technical partners to leadership.
- Structured thinking to map processes, gather requirements, and select tools.
- Self-starter with ability to work with little guidance.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
- Understanding of SDLC, preferably agile/DevOps.
- Think strategically about business, products, and technical challenges.
