🎯 Requirements

6+ years in technical project/program management for web/front-end.
Lead cross-functional delivery across design, engineering, QA, content.
Strong front-end delivery: design systems, component-based, multi-repo.
Experience with CMS/headless CMS and editor-based workflows.
Delivery fundamentals: roadmap, dependencies, scope, prioritization, risk.
Run effective ceremonies with crisp docs and clear ownership; exec updates.
