Senior Technical Program Manager- Silicon

📋 Description

• Organize and drive planning, scheduling for silicon, package, and systems.
• Collaborate with leads to estimate and prioritize tasks for timely delivery.
• Develop and lead project plans (scope, schedule, budget) with partners.
• Manage schedules, quality, and risks; communicate to stakeholders.
• Facilitate recurring project meetings and lifecycle checkpoints.
• Own release schedules and milestones in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in silicon design, tapeout, and product qualification.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• Experience with EVT, DVT, PVT qualification lifecycle.
• Semiconductor engineering experience (chip, systems, or product).
• Ability to influence decisions and lead teams in a matrix environment.
• Expert user of MS-Project, Asana, Smartsheet.
