🎯 Requirements

- Knowledge of AI developer tooling: coding assistants, agentic workflows, cloud dev environments.
- Track record driving internal tool adoption; measure success by developer satisfaction and usage.
- Experience with agile program management, OKR/roadmap planning, and portfolio prioritization across multiple teams.
- Excellent communication; strong alignment skills in ambiguous, fast-moving settings.
