📋 Description

• Partner with Engineering Managers to plan platform engineering roadmaps.
• Lead end-to-end planning and delivery for cross-functional programs.
• Partner with senior engineers to scale systems and split monoliths.
• Build and maintain program plans, RAID logs, and exec-ready updates.
• Build consensus and deliver high-value outcomes.
• Develop cross-team plans across Product and Engineering.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years cross-functional technical project management.
• 3+ years managing agile scrum across 50 engineers.
• Strong understanding of platform engineering, testing, and training.
• End-to-end architecture and SDLC expertise.
• Basics of cloud infrastructure delivery and metrics.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
