Partner with Eng Leads to drive infra initiatives across Cloud, DevOps, CI/CD, and security.
Improve delivery processes and cross-team coordination across geographies.
Apply Agile methods at team and scale (Scrum and Kanban).
Drive quarterly/annual planning by managing scope, risks, dependencies.
Track and report planning, execution, and engineering metrics.
Influence and coach engineering and product teams on processes and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

10+ years in TPM role; 3+ years supporting infra or platform teams in SaaS.
Strong Jira skills; experience with engineering mgmt platforms (e.g., Jellyfish).
Ability to drive risks, dependencies to resolution in planning/execution.
Experience leading cross-functional programs in R&D from idea to completion.
Technical aptitude to grasp high-level architecture for planning and execution.
Growth mindset with positive energy; excellent interpersonal skills.
