Manufacturing & Process Development: optimize manufacturability, cost, supply chain.
Manage New Product Introduction (NPI) for PCBA and FATP lines.
Develop assembly tooling with partners; optimize lines for capacity.
Monitor traceability and data requirements at supplier/CM sites.
Monitor yield and throughput of sustaining lines globally.
Drive process improvements to meet quality, cost, and yield goals.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
8+ years in PCBA/FATP product design and commercialization.
DFx methodologies; quality methods (statistical analysis, DOE, FMEA).
Root cause analysis and problem resolution.
Continuous Process Improvement, Kanban, Lean principles.
Willing to travel up to 25%; strong English; Mandarin/Thai helpful.
