- DFx methodologies, quality methods (statistical analysis, DOE, FMEA).
- Root cause analysis and problem resolution.
- Continuous Process Improvement, Kanban, and Lean manufacturing.
- Program management with strong English; Mandarin or Thai to interface with CM partners.
