📋 Description

• Drive end-to-end delivery of technical initiatives; own timelines and dependencies.
• Coordinate across engineering, product, and leadership; remove blockers early.
• Build PM processes and tooling for visibility into shipping status.
• Bridge product vision and engineering; scope work across teams.
• Set standards for technical documentation and decision records.
• Communicate status, risks, and tradeoffs to leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in technical program or project management; startups scaling eng teams (10–50+).
• Consumer fintech or trading platform experience; shipped real-time systems with user trust.
• Track record building PM processes from scratch.
• Technical depth; read specs and discuss architecture with engineers.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; structured updates.
• Familiarity with Linear, Notion, or similar tools.
