🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years leading complex programs in enterprise SaaS, hardware-enabled or mission-critical environments.
- Proven track record delivering large-scale deployments for enterprise/global customers.
- Strong PM fundamentals: scope, schedule, risk, dependencies, change management.
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Services.
- Excellent communication; translate complex concepts for exec/technical audiences.
- Bachelors degree; PMP certification preferred.
