Oversee change management and risk mitigation across programs.
Deliver training to customers, remote and in person.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, IS, Tech Engineering or equivalent.
PMP certification highly preferred.
5+ years leading complex SaaS programs.
Experience delivering large-scale enterprise software deployments.
Must pass CJIS background check.
Proficiency with technical project management tools.
