- Lead cross-functional programs across product engineering, platform, infra, and AI/ML

- Build and manage program plans with timelines, milestones, dependencies and owners

🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in technical program mgmt, engineering operations, or related tech role
- Proven experience leading large cross-functional programs with Eng, Product, Data Science/ML
- Strong understanding of SDLC, release planning, dependencies, and risk mgmt
- Experience driving prioritization, roadmap coordination, resource planning, and delivery tracking
- Ability to influence decisions across tech and business teams without direct authority
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive stakeholders
- Thrives in ambiguous, fast-changing, highly collaborative environments
