🎯 Requirements

7+ years in tech roles (TPM/PM/engineer) with delivery focus.
Define specs and end-to-end multi-org programs from definition to launch.
Strong communicator; distill priorities and risks; build stakeholder narrative.
Ownership and curiosity; solve complex problems and trade-offs.
Collaborate with senior Eng/PM leaders to deliver results.
Bachelor's degree in technology/engineering.
