🎯 Requirements
- 6+ years as a TPM or Engineering Manager
- Understand when processes help and when they don’t
- Experience designing solutions with ICs across problem spaces
- Experience working with executives to deliver on complex programs
- Passion for mission-driven work
- Bonus: Experience in Trust & Safety, Content Moderation, Identity or Governance
