Drive programs with high ambiguity across multiple stakeholder groups
Partner with Engineering, Product, and Operations teams to solve critical business problems
Identify areas of strategic opportunity and determine program viability
Collaborate with other TPMs on cross-company programs and best practices

🎯 Requirements

6+ years of TPM or Engineering Manager experience
Understanding when introducing process makes sense
Experience designing solutions with ICs and understanding problem spaces
Experience with executives to drive clarity and deliver results on complex programs
Passion for working in a mission-driven organization
