- Deep understanding of hardware development phases and gate criteria.
- Experience coordinating software with hardware schedules, OS integration, release management.
- Familiarity with software dev lifecycles and agile methodologies.
- Proficiency with PM tools (MS Project, JIRA, Confluence) and Propel PLM.
- Willingness for some international travel for factory visits and supplier meetings.
