Senior Technical Program Manager

📋 Description

• Drive end-to-end data programs with timelines, milestones, and quality.
• Develop project plans, track progress, identify risks, resolve blockers.
• Identify and manage dependencies between teams to remove blockers.
• Coordinate program activities across product and engineering teams.
• Communicate program status via regular updates to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior program managers and promote agile practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Technical Program Management or related experience.
• Proven ability to manage complex end-to-end technical programs across teams.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; distill complexity and priorities.
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools: Jira, Asana, Confluence.
• Bonus: experience with DevOps, engineering and developer platforms.
